Tear Trough Treatment

The ‘Tear Trough’ is the crease in between the lower eyelid and cheek. This treatment is perfect for someone with under eye hollowness that is creating the appearance of ‘dark circles’ and/or eyebags.

This treatment hydrates the under-eye area and restores volume loss, therefore reduces the appearance of ‘tired eyes’ and dark circles. It also helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines as it helps form a smooth transition from the cheek to eye.

Teosyal Redensity II is the filler that is used for this treatment as it is specifically licensed and designed for tear troughs. It contains amino acids, anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals. These are great for skin hydration, durability and light reflection especially in such a delicate area.

COVID- 19 :

• If you or anybody in your household have any symptoms of the coronavirus do not attend the clinic under any circumstances and inform us as soon as possible.
• Please wear a facemask to your appointment, obviously if we are treating the lower face this will have to be removed.
• Please attend your appointment alone and arrive on time, the waiting room will be out of use until further notice.
• We have hand gel dispensers available for your use upon entry
• The ‘2-metre’ rule will apply where applicable
• Please keep your belongings to a minimum
• We are unable to provide drinks during this time so please feel free to bring your own
• Upon arrival if you call us or press the ‘room 4’ buzzer we will come and collect you from the door and take you directly to the treatment room.
• PPE will be worn as per usual with an addition of eye protection during treatments.
• Nee’s Aesthetics is run by a medical professional who receives up to date training in infection prevention and control, and due to the nature of aesthetics, the strictest cleanliness protocols have always been followed therefore everything else will remain the same.
